Knotted Jewelry
is a unique, one of a kind jewelry line that is hand knotted with silk thread. My pieces are inspired by nature and everyday objects. I use a variety of materials including, but not limited to, silk thread, sterling silver, gold-filled, brass and copper.
I started making jewelry as a way to relax and destress. I would come home from work and take a piece of wire and some beads and just start playing. I loved the way the beads would move around and the way the wire would bend. It was like a form of meditation for me.
I started selling my pieces at local craft fairs and then online. I was really surprised by the reaction my pieces got. People loved the unique, one of a kind designs.
I’m so excited to be a part of the Handmade Movement and to be able to share my pieces with the world.
